Yoga Natura was born as a result of a great spiritual awakening, after motherhood and the re-evaluation of what at that time were my core values: I left an office job that did not make me happy and I separated from my partner. Everything was falling apart in my life, but the only thing I could do was Yoga and that was my salvation because I needed to calm my mind and soon I realized that with yoga and meditation I could do it.

At that time I had the feeling of having been quite lost and not really knowing who I was; trying to fit into a belief system that did not suit me.

I had been practicing Yoga for years but at that moment it definitely entered my life to stay. I trained in flowback fitness and other techniques of somatic movement and self-knowledge.

On the other hand, motherhood made me wake up to unconditional love and I quickly became aware of how important it was to take care of myself in order to take care of my daughter. I began to modify our diet and read many personal development books; I was becoming aware of what was really important in my life and learning to live more in the present.

I understood that I wanted to transmit everything I was learning: the power of breathing and body and psychosomatic movement.

I trained with the association "El yoga Educa" of Catalunya with the idea and the dream that someday Yoga would be taught in schools.

I believe that now the time has come to share the knowledge acquired during all this time to help future generations to build a more humane and conscious society.

In these times the union of body and mind is fundamental. Yoga means union; the union of the human being and his environment.
