In a world marked by stress, noise and disconnection with the natural environment, practicing Yoga is a path towards the integral balance of the human being.

When we combine Yoga with natural environments its benefits are amplified generating a profound impact on our whole life.

Yoga is an ancient discipline originating in India that unites Body, Mind and Spirit through breathing techniques (Pranayama), meditation and postures (Asanas).

Although many people begin to practice it for physical reasons such as improving flexibility or relieving muscle pain, they quickly discover its effects in reducing stress and anxiety as well as improving overall mood.

The nature that surrounds us is a source of calm and renewal. We should all spend more time in nature. The effects of spending time in nature are more than noticeable and if we also put awareness in the body, mind and breath the effects again multiply: Blood pressure is lowered, the immune system is improved and cortisol levels which is the stress hormone is lowered.

Listening to the birds singing while you stretch your body, feeling the sea breeze while you breathe deeply... contemplating the green of the trees or the blue of the sea while you work your body and mind in a conscious way... All this activates in the human being a series of physiological mechanisms of relaxation and well-being that are difficult to achieve by other means.
