Mindfulness applied to sports, coaching and daily life allows you to develop a greater connection with the present. Through mindfulness, it helps to improve performance, manage emotions and live with more balance and clarity.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Balance for your daily life

Individual or group meditation sessions.

You will learn breathing and visualization techniques that will accompany you on a daily basis so that stress and anxiety do not become a problem.

Learn and experience the benefits of meditation in nature, with no apparent physical movement except your breathing. Learn to regulate your thoughts and emotions.

In all sessions of both Yoga and Pilates we use Mindfulness techniques for class instruction and final relaxation.
