We practice different styles depending on the astrological cycles and the energy of the group: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and others.
Pilates: Strength, breathing and balance for your body and mind
Strengthen your body with Pilates and Flowback fitness exercises to improve your strength and mobility.
We use exercises to tone and burn fat in addition to strengthening the whole body.
Medium intensity classes adapted to the individual or group.
